Villa 870 is a farmhouse style villa with light, natural woods and a welcoming feel. Well planned, the great room features a spacious kitchen with eating bar, comfy living room with big screen tv, and access to the great covered terrace and outdoor bar area. Both bedrooms are spacious and have their own full bath. Enjoy bbq’s, swims in your own pool, a restful nights sleep with air conditioning, or take part of all the fun things to do at Casa Linda.
Plan a day at Waterworks Aquapark with water slides, lazy river, swim up-bar, adults only area, playground and restaurant. Check out or larger restaurant which features happy hour, great specials and live music. You can play tennis, go on a walk on our walking trail, sit by the large fountain, play mini-golf and more. Take our free shuttle bus to local beaches, restaurants and shopping.

- AIRPORT TRANSFERS: The airport is 20-minutes away. Please contact us and we can arrange a taxi for you. The cost is $30 US.
- CHECK-IN TIME CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM
- PRICE DOESN'T CHANGE BY NUMBER OF GUESTS
- FREE SHUTTLE BUS: The shuttle runs 7/days per week on a set schedule to neighbouring towns /beaches of Sosua and Cabarete. Very easy to get around and back home again.
- SHOPPING/GROCERIES/PHARMACIES: Several stores are 5 minutes away. You can also take our free shuttle bus service.
- FRONT LOOP BEACH CLUB ON CABARETE BEACH: As an official Vacation Club Guest you have use of our restaurant and beach lounge chairs on beautiful Cabarete Beach!
- BEACHES/RESTAURANTS: Also only a 5-minute drive to Sosua, or a 10-minute drive to Cabarete. You can also use our free shuttle bus service to get you there and back again.
- ONSITE AMENITIES: Our waterpark (kids & adults), playground. mini-golf, tennis/pickleball court, restaurant, pool side bar/grill, Welcome Center, shuttle bus, and onsite events are all available to make your vacation fun, relaxing, and memorable.
